2FA email verification not being recieved

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Our master account email is not recieving 2FA verification emails. I've searched all inboxes for the associated email address and saw that there is a posibility that the email address maybe blocked due to bounce issues and I wanted to check in on that.
