Interesting. I believe it will take time for the search to index your Workspace and repository, so I wonder if it's still reproducible.
That said, I cannot reproduce the issue, so does this happen only to you, and did it occur to anyone else in your team?
If it's not reproducible with your team members, I suggest using a different web browser to verify if it's browser specific issue.
