We have an account locked by Atlassian. (account used for Bitbucket Cloud)
It seems that the account was locked because it did not logged into Bitucket HIM since one year ( but it was used to clone/checkout source)

Unfortunately this account was used only for application (as service account), so I don't have the account email...
But the error message is
"You can no longer collaborate with this person. This account has been inactive for more than a year."
