Added files are displayed as "NO CHANGE" in change set view

At following changeset http://fisheye.in-portal.org/changelog/In-Portal?cs=15677 look at email_templates_email-template.php file in /branches/5.3.x/admin/system_presets/simple/ folder.

This file was added in /branches/5.2.x/ folder's sub-folder and then change was merged into /branches/5.3.x/ folder's sub-folder. I suspect that complete file contents must be shown (as it's done with deleted files, but in green background), because it's new file in repository. And (addded) should be displayed after filename.

I did remove+add = move in SVN (/branches/5.2.x/) and saw them as remove+add when merging. However after changeset was imported by FishEye it was appearing wrong.

I'm using SVN.
