After Bitbucket upgrade from 5.13.1 to 6.9.1 https display repositories as empty

Hi,

After we upgraded the bitbucket from 5.13.1 to 6.9.1, we encounter this-

1) Cloning using SSH works good, as expected

2) Cloning using HTTPS - the git fetch empty repository 

I even testing cloning the same repository with the two protocols- on SSH I got it right, and on the HTTPS got empty repository.

Any idea?
