After upgrade datacenter from 5.10 to 6.10 all projects are empty and not listing repositories

After upgrade data center from 5.10 to 6.10 all projects are empty and not listing repositorie, please advise.

 

logs is not showing any errors, users can clone and push as they know the repos names but from GUI if we go to the project its not listing anything.
