Are pull request update events supported in Bitbucket webhooks?

We are using Bitbucket Server installation in version v4.12.1 and we want to use webhooks. However the settings section Webhooks + Create has only three options: Title, URL and Enabled. Not sure if that is a third party plugin. Where is the Webhook section described in documentation. Can the be deactivated for whatever reason?

May be solved after upgrade versions of plugin and bitbucket itself. Checking...
