I've recently received an email stating my Atlassian organisation has been deleted due to inactivity. The email states to contact support. This is not possible as there is no means to contact support through the support portal, as all answers to the form redirect here. Many other people on this forum have also noted this issue.
Could someone from Atlassian support please email me. This matter is urgent as the org will be deleted in a few days.

This notification pertains to your Atlassian organization rather than your Bitbucket Cloud workspace. Atlassian has started notifying customers about inactive organizations and has taken steps to delete them.
Conversely, Bitbucket Cloud is not connected to this initiative. I have verified that your Bitbucket Cloud workspace is still active. To verify this workspace, click on your avatar in the top-right corner, select *All Workspaces* from the dropdown menu, and locate the workspace in the list.
Meanwhile, I went ahead and raised a support request on your behalf with our Cloud team to help you further. You should receive an email notification about it.
