I have both Confluence and Bitbucket in an internal network with limited access to the Internet.
I have found that UPM >3.0.3 breaks because my browser (that is my personal account in this secure environment) does not have any Internet access and UPM seems to use javascript files to do some actions which time out trying to access the marketplace site.
I have successfully downgraded my Confluence to UPM 3.0.3 which doesn't seem to have this behaviour, but Bitbucket is using UPM 4.0.11 and I don't want to undertake the (risky) procedure to downgrade it if I can figure out how to do things manually.
So here's my question:
How can I install an addon licence manually? Is it just a file somewhere or is it in a database table?
If the latter I suppose I will probably just take the risk of downgrading UPM as noodling around in the database is involved in that as well.
Thanks
