Auto-merge fails occassionally in Bitbucket (using Workzone plugin)

Occassionally, the auto merge seems not to run for PR's even after the conditions are met. It doesnt seem to generate any error messages in the logs so i am not sure what's happening. Anyone ran into such issues ?

BB version - 5.6.3

Workzone version - 5.4

I see that the latest version for this app is 5.6.0 (Workzone: PullRequest Workflow), you could try to upgrade to the latest version.

If the issue persist, I would recommend reaching out to the app vendor (see details here) or raising a ticket with the Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact.
