Avoid triggering another pipeline on push (inside pull-request)

I went through almost all the documentation available and didn't found a good answer.

My use case is the following:

Once a Pull Request create we are releasing an ALPHA version of an NPM package, the release includes dumping the version in the JSON file and commit it to the same branch, which activates another pipeline...

Any option to ignore those "Pushes" and avoid running another pipeline?
