How can I change the email address where the bill must be sent in the future?

You should be able to see most of the details in the "orders" part of your account when you log into my.atlassian.com

The email addresses for bills will be nominated in there as well under the "billing contacts"

I can't find any "orders" in Jira.

I see the bill about Jira anc Confluence but not Bitbucket,

Is strange because I'm the site administrator with all rights.
