Bit bucket account recovery or reset two-factor authentication

Hi Team,

Hope you are doing well. 

I have lost my phone recently , can you please help me out to recover my account and how i can reset or bypass the two-factor authentication.

To access your account, you will need to use a recovery email we send. This email will disable two-step verification, enabling account access. When prompted for the two-step verification code, click the 'Forgot code?' link to reset it. During this process, you will receive two emails. The first will notify you that a recovery email has been requested, which will be sent within 24 hours. This recovery email will disable two-step verification and allow you to access your account.

P.S. While a 24-hour waiting period may feel lengthy before you can access your account, it is a security precaution to protect against unauthorized access. After this waiting period, you will receive a recovery email containing a one-time login link to help you access your account.

This security measure is an integral part of the recovery process and cannot be bypassed.
