When you submit the ticket can you let us know:
- Are you using ./atlassian-bitbucket-5.3.0-x64.bin -c or is he trying to use the GUI installer
- Are you trying to do an unattended install? If so, we need your setup file.
- Are you trying to deploy this with Docker or Chef
- Are you trying to install into a location that is not empty?
