Since the logs are not there, I am not sure what exactly the error you are running in to. But the common issue in similar case is that, trying to bind to a PrivilegedPort with non-root user in Linux/Unix. So if you are trying to configure the application to access on 80 or 443 you may try Proxying and securing Bitbucket Server.
