For months I've been trying to get access to my credit card receipt for our BitBucket monthly charges with Atlassian billing FAQ just giving me the runaround. I don't receive any email notices of the charges, they just show up on my AMEX invoice.
BitBucket seems to be billed separately so I'm directed to the BitBucket.org admin page. When clicking on Workspace Settings, in the left-hand navigation I see Plans and Billing with the only items listed being Plan Details and Git LFS. Neither links give me access to past receipts.
Can someone help me?

After checking internally, I confirmed that you are assigned as the billing and technical contact of that workspace, so you should be receiving the email address with the invoices. Could you kindly check if it was not wrongly flagged as Spam?
Additionally, designated Billing and Technical Contacts can utilize the https://my.atlassian.com portal to manage various billing activities, including handling quotes and invoices.
I recommend accessing the https://my.atlassian.com portal using your Atlassian account so you can find the invoices linked to that workspace.
