Bitbucket Cloud - Pull Requests - URL or API query list for returning PR's based on checks, tasks?

Interested in returning a list of BitbucketCloud pull requests that are:

- ready to be merged based on all Bitbucket checks completed
- pending as there are unfinished Bitbucket tasks that are unchecked

Is this possible via a URL or Rest API call on BitbucketCloud, and if so, how?
