I am evaluating an OnDemand solution with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.

I am not sure how the link between jira and bitbucket is supposed to work.

When i create a new bitbucket repository, jira admin page shows it, but project isn't created automatically.

On the other side is the same: when i create a jira project, confluence space gets create automatically, but bitbucket repo doesn't.

Am I getting it wrong?

What's the intended workflow to setup a new project with integration between these 3 applications?

Thanks.

Confluence and JIRA are part of the same product - Atlassian onDemand. But Bitbucket is not. It is a separate product and creating a project in JIRA wouldn't create a repo in Bitbucket. You will have to link them together manually - which I guess you already figured out.
