Bitbucket Pull Request Missing some Commits

One of our users reported a pull request wasn't showing a recent commit. We have noticed that it can take a while (a minute) for Pull requests to show commit's.

We are not seeing event queue full messages in the application log, in fact there are no errors in the log at the time of the commit that is missing from the pull request.

Has anybody else had this problem?

Is is possible to monitor the event queue size?

We are running Bitbucket Data Centre V5.16.0

We are seeing what I think is the same problem with the Workzone plugin. Commits to a pull request are not clearing existing approvals.

It looks like problems with the event queue. Our 4 node data centre instance is under very heavy load.
