I used Bitbucket for 11 months in 2017.
I created several repositories. All of this was free
I was not hosting Bitbucket server on premises in 2017.
I tried to log in again to retrieve the code from those repositories.
I was told I needed to "upgrade" to an atlassian account so I did that.
Now in 2019 I cannot find any listing of my repositories or any of my old code.

What happened to my code and how can I access it?
Please provide clear and precise steps on how I can recover my code from your system.

Hi,

you mean with "retrieve code" login via SourceTree (or any other Git client) or via web interface?

If you mean via Git client SW then try look at this - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Bitbucket-account-converted-to-Atlassian-ID-can-no-longer-access/qaq-p/1126496

And if via browser then you should contact Atlasssian support directly via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

This is community portal of other users of Atlassian products, Atlassian partners or also Atlassian employees where you can get help in many areas, but not in this.
