Bitbucket Server does not go beyond “Migrating home directory”

Hello everyone.

Bitbucket Server is not getting past the “Migrating home directory” status. I am using version 7.21.8. It is because of the log lock, as that is the error the log indicates. It simply has to be unlocked in the database by running an UPDATE in SQL, but I've been trying to access the database for days without success, I don't know where it is. Can anyone give me a hand please?

@nicoteamstudios do you mean you do not know which db bitbucket is connecting to?

Did you check the database properties in the bitbucket.properties file to see which db is configured https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/configuration-properties-776640155.html
