Bitbucket Webhook is giving connection timeout. How to resolve this.

I have created a webhook in bitbucket server. If I test it, it gives success, but when I commit the code in repository, then it gives me connection timeout.

If I telnet or curl from the server, then also it executes fine.

Please assist.
