Bitbucket email invitation not coming

Hello, I am supposed to join a new team and when they send me an invitation to the repository, I can't see the invite from my end. why is this happening?

Hi @Denis Munene 

Welcome to the Bitbucket Cloud community!

I have checked your email address and can see that you have disabled product notifications (which includes invitations)—hence why you've not been able to receive these.

To resolve this:

  1. In order to receive invitations again, you will first need to navigate to your Atlassian account’s email preference center and tick the Product invitations option:
  2. After this is completed, the person inviting you must access all user groups they've attempted to invite you to (it helps if they just click on all of them to check for pending invites) then cancel the existing invitation for all of those groups by expanding the pending notifications and clicking Cancel Invitation
  3. Once complete - they'll need to add you to the groups again by clicking Add member and entering your email address

Hi @Denis Munene - The invite functionality is working as expected. If you haven't received your invite, please check your spam or junk folders. It's also possible that the email is being blocked from delivery. If you continue to experience issues, you can reach out to Atlassian support for further assistance:
