Bitbucket migration validation after pushing into another machine

Hi,

   We are currently working on migration of repositories from SCM tools to BitBucket. We only need to validate the number of branches/projects that was migrated from SCM to BB. Is there any method/script to carry out this action. Please help us in this regard. Thanks in advance.

P.S :- Validation stands for only checking the number of branches/projects migrated from SCM tool to BB. The data migrated is not to be validated.

Hi,

You can use the Bitbucket Server REST API to enumerate all the branches in a repository - see https://docs.atlassian.com/bitbucket-server/rest/5.15.0/bitbucket-rest.html#idm45622371925312
