Bitbucket users are not able clone repo with clone in source tree button

Hi, 

Anyone got suggestions on issue.

We have a bitbucket version 7.6.12 with this users are not able to clone with source-tree button. In case clone in source tree button is not working before it use to work but now it is not. Please let us know troubleshooting steps and steps to solve this issue .
