Branch creation Taking forever

There is an issue with branch creation, branch gets created but the page hangs and cursor shows up as rotating wheel, please take a look at screen-shot.

That doesn't sound right. I suspect there will be a Javascript error of some sort. Would you mind raising a support ticket and attach a support zip and browser console errors so we can help you further?

I would highly reccommend creating a ticket at support.atlassian.com. Further information (including server logs and whether or not there was a javascript error) will be required to diagnose your problem.
