Branching model - multiple development branch

In Bitbucket data center, can we specify multiple development branches in the branching model so that we can have the automatic merging from one release branch into these development branches?

The short answer is no, you cannot have multiple development branches defined in Bitbucket. Git only supports a single development branch.
