Can Bitbucket license be applied to stash?

Hi Team.

We have Stash 3.x version in our environment having 500 user licenses.

We want to upgrade stash to Bitbucket 4.x version and also user license to 1000.

We are thinking to buy Bitbucket 1000 users license. Can this license be applied to Stash 3.x?

Or we need to upgrade from Stash 3.x to Bitbucket 4.x and then buy the license?

Please help.

I suggest you upgrade STASH to Bitbucket.

Atlassian no more has 2 products for GIT [ STASH & BItbucket ]

now its a single product by name Bitbucket.

I think its better to contact Atlassian Marketing directly rather than asking this here, as this forum is mostly user driven. Atlassian members are also here, but not on a regular base ....
