Can I add a team as an approver

In our company development works together with sysops inside a repo. Development writes the code for functions in AWS, sysops writes the cloudformation. 

On a pull request you can add a merge check where you can add reviewers. is it possible to have at least 1 reviewer from both teams to approve before being able to merge?  So if a developer adds something to the cloudformation and checks this in, that at least 1 of the sysops reviewers also sees the changes. just to make sure the code makes sense?
