Can't Create New Repo with SourceTree - Can't Load User List

This has been going on for a while, but ut...

MacOS + Source Tree - there is no way to create a new repo and publish it to my Bit Bucket Account.

The error returned is:

Loading Owners Failed

 Does anyone have a workaround yet?

BitBucket is an Atlassian product.

Source Tree is an Atlassian product

But the two are unusable together?
