Can't create Issue for BCLOUD on https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/BCLOUD

Hi all

I'd like to create an Issue on https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/BCLOUD for Bitbucket Cloud (BCLOUD). But for some reasons, I'm only able to create issues for local/server projects (e.g. Sourcetree or Bitbucket Data Center) but not for cloud projects (e.g. Bitbucket Cloud).

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

BCLOUD is limited to Atlassian to prevent spam. If you have any feature requests or bug reports, please submit them through our Support portal.

I tried to reproduce the issue and observed the same behavior. It seems Cloud projects are restricted from issue creation. For further details and policy clarification, please contact the support team via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#

I'm just a little suprised because there are Issues created for BCLOUD the last few days (e.g. https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/BCLOUD/issues/BCLOUD-23877) and I already tried it last week with the same problem.

So it seems to be restricted just for some users?

Well, I'll wait some days and will contact the support, if it still won't work.
