Can't upgrade my bitbucket Account from Free to Standard

Hi,

We want to upgrade our bitbucket plan from (Free) to (Standard). An error occured. We don't understand the reason. Please can you help us.

Welcome to community...

We have changed the Bitbucket subscription to the Standard plan.
Please note that you will need to add a payment method. If not the Bitbucket subscription will revert to the Free plan.

For further support with regards to Billing and Subscription I would request you to raise a request with Atlassian at https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing.
