Hi, support team,

I received a mail from Atrassian, and I lost my Bitbucket account and all repositories because I did not access to my Bitbucket account over 180 days. Can I recover them?

Hi @neko

Welcome to the community.

I checked your Bitbucket Cloud account, however, I can see that it is activated.

Could you check if you're using the correct Bitbucket Cloud account?

Regards,
Mark C

Hi @Mark C

Thank you for your response!

The current Bitbucket account URL is empty at “https://bitbucket.org/nekonya1/”, but the previous URL was “https://bitbucket. org/nekonya/”.

I guess the current account was automatically created when I tried to confirm when I received an email that my Bitbucket account had been deleted.

I would like to restore the deleted repository. Is it possible to restore a deleted repository?

Sincerest thanks,
neko

Hi @neko

What I can see is that there were no repositories that has been deleted.

Currently, you have two Bitbucket Cloud accounts with two different emails.

Hence, in order to access your repositories, you'll have to use the correct email address when logging in to Bitbucket.org

Mark C
