Cannot push to Github

When I try to push to Github I get the following error message:

Authentication via SSH keys failed, do you want to launch the SSH key agent (Pageant) and retry?

Pageant is already launched and the SSH key is correctly loaded. I can push to WPengine GIT repositories but not Github. Any ideas on how to fix this?
