Card debit but account was not upgraded

Hello,

 

I was debited Four (4) times, $10 each time. But my account was not upgraded to standard as I wanted.

Date of transaction: July 1, 2025

Thank you all for your help. Submitting a billing ticket directly through the billing portal resolved the issue.
