Change Default Project Permissions without confirm?

Hello, 

does the Default Project Permission (under Project Permissions -> Default Permission) grant permissions to every user, if set?

I think there should be a confirmation window like:

"This will change the default permission for all users to [Read|Write|Create Repository]. Do you want to continue? [Yes] [No]".

Also a description behind an info icon would be good, to make clear which users get the default permission (members or all)

I found out today that I had accidentally set the default permission to write, causing a huge side effect: the Renovate Bot has gotten write access on all repositories, started running and clogged the Jenkins Pipeline. 

I would highly appreciate your feedback.
