I would like to change the billing admin and the email where the invoice is sent in our Bitbucket. Where can I do that? I am admin in the product but can't find the setting.

This can be done by existing billing and technical contacts for the license in https://www.atlassian.com/purchase/my/.
I see that your email address is not listed as a billing or technical contact, so you won't be able to do it yourself.
You can reach out to our Customer Advocate team and ask them to share with you the names of the current billing and technical contacts (I cannot provide these in community, as it is a public forum). My colleagues may be able to add you as a billing contact, since you are already an administrator. You can create a ticket with the team via this link:
Please make sure you provide the URL of your Bitbucket workspace in the ticket, so you get help faster.
