Hello Chethan and welcome to the Community!

Thank you for providing the exact error you get when attempting to push code to Bitbucket.

The error 402 can mean a few things. I will break it down by product type:

For Bitbucket Server, this may be related to the license being expired, too many users or an issue with credentials. More on this may be found at Git push returns error code 402.

For Bitbucket cloud, this may be caused by your repo exceeding the user limit (If you’re using Bitbucket cloud free there is a user limit of 5). You will need to remove 1 user from the repo in order to resolve this. It may also be related to a storage limit being exceeded. Again, if you’re using free there is a 1GB soft limit with a 2GB hard limit. Could you please verify your user count along with your repo size and let us know if either one of these has been exceeded?

We look forward to your response to help you pus code to Bitbucket.

Regards,
Stephen Sifers
