Cold standby (Active/Passive) STASH license

Hello,

if i want to set up an active /passive stash system, where the Stash home directory and database is on a shared (highly available) network file system and one STASH  instance is active, how many licenses do i need to implement this setup? I guess, i only need one license, because only one machine is online. Is this correct?
