We are trying to collaborate on a private repository with private sub-modules. The problem is I can only clone a private repository when the url includes the user's name (i.e. in the form "https://username@bitbucket.org/...". When I add private sub-modules to our repository it adds them to .gitmodules with my username so it can only be cloned by me. The work around would be for everyone to clone in the parent repo then edit their local .gitmodules with their username. Is there a way around this?
