Commits are not linked to the JIRA issues due to custom JIRA issue keys are not recognized by Stash

Hi All,

We are having issues in linking the Jira issue keys with Bitbucket commits.

i.e. custom JIRA issue keys are not recognized by Bitbucket Server, hence commits are not linked to the JIRA issues.

Referring to thee below documentation, but having issues in finding the right Regex pattern.

Integration between Bitbucket and Jira is working fine.

We are using Bitbucket v5.4.1 and Jira v7.6.3

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi @Surender,

I think the first questions are:

• what is your Jira project key?
• which regex are you trying to use?
• in addition to setting up the regex, have you performed the other steps outlined at Integrating with custom JIRA issue key?

This way we can try finding the regex that matches the issue key.
