Configuring Odoo in Pipelines: Anyone has done it?

I'm trying to configure Pipelines for Automated Tests and Deploy of Odoo 11 in Bitbucket. It's been difficult to find good documentation about using environment variables for Odoo Docker images and linking to a postgres Docker image. 

I need to pass a parameter --test-enable but I don't know how.

Could you give me any guide me trough this? Maybe you could show me a guide for a whole sintax of yml files used in Bitbucket Pipelines.

I will appreciate any help. Thanks
