Connecting Projects and Repositories in stash - Best Practices

Hi,

We are in process of mugrating our remote GIT repos to stash. I am looking for best practice guidence on how to assign repos to project ? is it one-one ? how should be handle common/shared repos ? Thanks.

Repositories inherit the permissions of their parent project. I have found it helpful to group related repositories into a project and manage permissions at the project level.

For example:

Foobar Project (foobar team has read/write)

• FooBar Library Repo
• FooBar Client A Implementation Repo (Client A consultants have write access)
• FooBar Client B Implementation (Client B consultants have write access)

Common Project (all teams have read/write access)

• Utilities Repo
• Framework Repo
• Image Assets Repo
