Slack Integration with Bitbucket Cloud Stopped Working

As of today (2019-01-22) the slack integration with bitbucket cloud stopped working for all our repos without any changes to the configuration.

Notifications do not appear in the slack channel that is linked to bitbucket cloud.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

We tried deleting and reconnecting stuff to no avail.
