All of sudden, a user of a repository I created (who has admin privileges) cannot connect to our shared repository any more.
Basically, he installed sourcetree last Friday, pulled out the code, then today he cannot access any more.
Sourcetree is updated to the latest version.
What should I check?
The full error message is:
git --no-optional-locks -c color.branch=false -c color.diff=false -c color.status=false -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false -c credential.helper=sourcetree fetch origin fatal: unable to access 'https://his_user@bitbucket.org/my_user/repository.git/': Couldn't connect to serverCompleted with errors, see above
Hi Franco!
How is he trying to access it? Is he trying through Sourcetree? The command line? Directly through the web UI?
Is this happening for all the repositories? Has he tried a different network?
Let us know!
Ana
