Creation of workspace doesn't complete.

I have just created an account for <email_redacted> and then moved to create a workspace.

I am on the Create workspace holding page with the heading

ATLASSIAN

One moment, your product is starting up

This has a completion bar that gets to 70% and then nothing happens.

If I try again then I get "workspace "<workspace-id>" is already used"!

Not really a good start.

Thank you for reaching out and I'm sorry for the experience you've had.

Just a heads up, I removed the email address and workspace ID from your post to protect your privacy.

It looks like you might have two Bitbucket accounts. I can see in our system a Bitbucket workspace with the ID you shared, but it is administered by a Bitbucket account with a different email address (not the email address you shared here). I cannot share what the email address is due to our privacy policy.

If you indeed have two accounts, can you try logging in https://bitbucket.org/ with the email of the second account, and then let me know if you can see the workspace listed here: https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/ ?
