Deliver as a docker compose file, along with test scripts to prove everything work as intended

Here's the reference documentation, I expect a grpc server written in Golang 1.16 that implements the protobuf defined. You can find the importable protobuf package in this repo https://bitbucket.org/gogemini/product-list-proto/ .
