As Mercurial clones the entire repository and its history any time you clone it, you can simply script out cloning the repo on any other machine, device or service you'd like to. Doing this is the same as backing it up.
Scheduling and setting this up is up to you. Perhaps someone else here can suggest methods for scripting this based on your environment.
