Do I require a Server License to smart mirror my Premium Bitbucket Cloud repository?

We're currently using the Bitbucket Cloud Premium tier.

One of the feature says I can smart mirror my cloud repository to a bitbucket server.

Can't seem to find any info on whether I need a license for such a server (if so which license), or is it included in the Cloud Premium pricing?

Hi Bhavit, welcome to the Community! 

You'll need to download Bitbucket Server, but you won't need a license unless you want to upgrade to the latest version or you'd like access to our support portal. You can download Bitbucket Server from the website or from our archive.

I have an associated question that I'm hoping you can answer...

If I have Bitbucket in the cloud and I have installed Bitbucket Server on one of my servers (at no extra cost) and at a later date I want to upgrade the Bitbucket Server, is it a case of wiping the local Bitbucket Server, downloading & installing the latest version of Bitbucket Server on to the server and then syncing with the Bitbucket in the Cloud?
