Docker + Cypress

I'm currently looking for some assistance in setting up a continuous integration environment. We are looking for someone to assist in creating a docker file to create a container and import a DB on creation. Inside the container will be a node container to run Cypress test scripts. Once the scripts pass, we deploy our code. Currently we are using Deploybot for that final step.

The software we are testing is for a SaaS company using a Wordpress multisite installation hosted at WPengine. 

If there is anyone out there who can assist with a setup like this, we should talk. Thank you in advance for anyone experienced in this CI arena.
